A complete menu redesign for RED Asian Cuisine at Golden Nugget Las Vegas, created to deliver a fresh new look and improve overall readability for a better guest experience. As part of overseeing four restaurant menus, I manage the editing, layout, and print production process from start to finish, while also having the opportunity to fully redesign RED’s menu from the ground up.
